[RNA] System Consultant 모집
RNA Analytics is an integrated development and consulting team, so we can quickly respond and innovate according to client and market needs.
The insights of our consultants, combined with the work of our development team, enables RNA Analytics to remain at the forefront of actuarial and risk modeling solutions.
We formed RNA Analytics in 2017 around a software development and consulting team that has been working together for many years. Over 100 customers, 1,500 users, in 56 countries use our R³S software suite.
The R³S software suite provides a comprehensive actuarial and risk modeling solution.
Clients worldwide use it to provide essential analytics and metrics. It helps clients meet their need for more realistic and complex models to enable them to make risk-informed decisions.

System Consultant (신입)
[Overview]
RNA Group is seeking a staff to join the system consulting team in RNA Systems as a system consultant
This role will provide key support to the consulting project team. We are looking for someone who is proactive and eager to learn.
This person will be a team-player who loves solving new challenges everyday.
You will be able to enjoy real world experience and exposure to people, process, and technology used to manage various type of projects, including Agile and Waterfall.
[Responsibilities]
• Works with clients to scope initial product requirements for actuary systems and define data and securing plan
• Analysis of current system problems and improvement plan
• Technical architecture modeling with speed/stability
• Diagnose application/data architecture and plan “To-Be direction”
• Overall project management (risk/schedule/manpower/range, etc.)
[Requirement]
• at least completed 4th year university student or recently graduated
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to take on challenges and fill in as needed
• Ability to collaborate and interact well with others
• Ability to support reporting, have punctuality, and attention to detail
[Preference]
• Good communication skills in English or Japanese would be preferred
